About the service
Viseo is a free analysis platform that measures and analyzes domains' visibility and recommendation rate in AI-based search engines and language models. The tool is provided "as is" for informational and guidance purposes.
Account and acceptable use
- You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.
- You may only enter domains, search phrases and content that you have the right to use or analyze.
- It is strictly prohibited to enter sensitive personal data (national ID numbers, health information, etc.), confidential trade secrets or illegal material in the question library or project settings.
- Viseo reserves the right to close accounts or restrict access in case of misuse, scraping or disproportionate load on the system (fair use).
AI-generated results and disclaimer
- Viseo uses external third-party AI models (including OpenAI and Google Gemini). AI models can produce inaccurate, incomplete or varying answers.
- Measurements, percentages and action plans are solely indicative estimates. Viseo does not guarantee specific rankings, mentions, recommendations or business results.
- Under no circumstances can Viseo or its owner be held liable for direct or indirect losses – including operating losses, lost profits, loss of data or consequences of decisions made on the basis of the platform's data.
Uptime, changes and fair-use quotas
- As Viseo is a free tool, no fixed uptime or response time is guaranteed.
- Features, reporting formats and API integrations may be changed, limited or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
- To keep server and API costs under control, Viseo reserves the right to introduce monthly usage limits (quotas) on the number of scans per user.
Intellectual property
The platform's design, code, logos, algorithms and concept belong to Viseo.dk. Users retain the rights to the data they enter.
Governing law and venue
Any dispute arising from the use of Viseo.dk shall be settled under Danish law by the ordinary Danish courts.
