Data controller
Viseo.dk is operated as an independent analysis project.

What information is collected and why?
We only collect the data that is strictly necessary to provide the platform's features:
- Account creation and login: Your email address and an encrypted password. The purpose is to give you personal access to your dashboard and save your projects.
- Projects and search phrases: The domain names, competitors and keywords/questions you choose to create and monitor.
- Contact form: Your name, email and message, so we can reply to your enquiry.
- Technical logging: Basic event and error logs (e.g. time of last login and system calls) to ensure stable operation and prevent misuse.
Please note: Never enter sensitive personal data (health, national ID numbers, political beliefs, etc.) in the question library or project descriptions.
Legal basis (GDPR art. 6)
- Performance of a contract / user service (art. 6(1)(b)): To deliver analyses and keep your user profile active.
- Legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f)): To answer your enquiries via the contact form, prevent overload/misuse of APIs and optimize the user experience.
Use of data processors and external services
We use recognized providers for operations and functionality:
- Supabase: Handles the encrypted database and user authentication (hosted within the EU/EEA).
- Formspree: Handles forwarding of messages from the contact form directly to our email.
- OpenAI & Google Cloud (Gemini): Used solely to perform the AI searches and analyses you initiate. We do not share your personal account details with these AI services – only the general search phrases and domains to be measured.
Storage and deletion
Your account details and created projects are stored for as long as your profile is active.
You can delete your projects at any time or request complete deletion of your user account and associated data by emailing lundmedia@gmail.com.
Messages received via the contact form are deleted once the conversation has ended and the enquiry is no longer relevant.
Cookies and local storage
Viseo only uses strictly necessary technical cookies and local storage to remember your login session, your language choice and your active display settings in the dashboard. We do not use third-party tracking cookies for commercial marketing.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right:
- To access the personal data we process about you.
- To have inaccurate information corrected.
- To have your data deleted ("the right to be forgotten").
- To object to our processing or complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet) if you believe your data is processed in breach of the law.
